Post setting can be divided into three categories: management posts, professional and technical posts, and ground skills posts. The management post is a clerk level, with a level of * * * 10. From clerk to ministerial level, there is no question of professional title. Professional and technical posts only exist in senior three, with a level of ***8. Therefore, we can't evaluate professional titles by taking management positions. The proportion of professional and technical posts in high schools is indeed stipulated. Provincial institutions seem to be 343, and the proportion of middle and senior positions in the county is definitely lower.
