Because this major is engineering, especially the students in this college basically don't have research and development ability! In fact, there is not much theoretical knowledge available, but more "engineering experience", that is, practical ability. For most schools, including 985,211,it is often impossible to provide students with enough time opportunities.

Therefore, the graduation school will really affect your career opportunities when you graduate, but once you enter this industry, you will still fight for a person's technical level! To put it bluntly, the circle of automation in any city is small. As long as you do a few projects in this circle, your fame will soon be known by people in the industry, and the road ahead (money) is bright. On the other hand, if you don't pay attention to study and experience accumulation after work, you will just fool around if you have a job and play if you don't have a job ... then I promise that even if you graduate in 1985, you won't learn in a few years, but generally speaking, if you don't learn in the first few years, you will just muddle along afterwards. Of course, I am talking about technology. If I were a sales engineer, that would be another matter. Sales ability is often not particularly related to your education.

So the school does have an impact, but it doesn't mean that people have no hope because of the low grade of the school! The key is to look at people. After all, the employment of this major is really too wide. As long as this social industry is still developing, then this major will never decline.

PS: Don't talk about robot replacement. Our company has industrial robots. This job replaces workers, not technology.

It doesn't really matter. At the undergraduate level, everyone's basic courses and professional basic courses are basically the same! The difference is that there will be some differences in the last few professional courses.

But from the actual point of view of employment, the problem is not big.

My first job was DCS control of power plant. I haven't seen the director of the power plant since I went to work, and I don't know the working principle of boilers and steam turbines ... but I spent two months reading three thick books on boilers, steam turbines and generators, and then I went straight to the third one after I got employed. Two years later, I became the first electrical director of the company.

Therefore, as long as you have this learning ability, even if you are unfamiliar with some professional content, it will not have much impact. The key is how long you can make up these things! Try not to throw away some professional basic courses and books, and some basic courses, such as all kinds of mathematics, may become your "reference books" in the future.

But I must remind you again: this is an engineering major, and it will have a vital impact on your career development and income if college students start internship.

This is a major that can't lie or brag. You may or may not, you may or may not. Basically you can see it by opening your mouth! 3. Practical ability is very important. I have several suggestions: Freshman C must study hard, sophomore C must play with single chip microcomputer (some schools may use other embedded systems), buy some development boards by himself, there are a lot of online materials, and do more. If there are clubs or targeted laboratories in the school, there will be an electronic design competition every year. You can participate in this! PLC in the back must be carefully studied, especially in the experimental and practical classes. Take all math classes seriously. Try not to skip classes in all professional basic courses such as circuit, digital and analog electricity. 5. Try to get an electrician certificate. Drawing software should learn at least AUTOCAD as far as possible. If you have leisure time, you can learn a mechanical drawing software. Don't worry.

If you don't work in the system, most of the companies with the best income are foreign companies, so your English level still has a great influence on you-although you will find that the influence is not great after work. But if you are engaged in technology, your English will have a great impact on your study and career development-many materials are in English, and many times you need to communicate with foreigners. ...
