Mianning county hukou to apply for Hong Kong and Macao pass, you should bring your ID card and photos to Mianning county public security bureau entry-exit reception room. The office address is Government Affairs Center, No.2 Changzheng West Road, Chengxiang Town, Mianning County. Working hours are Monday to Friday: 8: 30am to12: 30pm and 2: 30pm to 5: 30pm.
