According to the Interim Provisions on Open Recruitment of Public Institutions (Order No.6 of the Ministry of Personnel of People's Republic of China (PRC)) and the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Public Institutions in Qidong City (No.35 of Qirenfa [2005]), it is decided through research that the Municipal Dike Management Office will openly recruit staff 10, including 2 technical posts and 8 logistics posts (see the job profile table for details).

First, the recruitment principle

Open registration, unified examination, equal competition and merit-based recruitment.

Second, the recruitment conditions

1. Support the leadership of China * * * production party, with strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, good conduct, law-abiding, and no disciplinary actions and criminal records.

2. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally.

Third, the examination and employment methods

1. Recruitment is conducted through the examination. The examination is divided into written examination and interview, and the percentage system is implemented respectively. For the written test subjects, please refer to the job introduction form. After the written test, the interviewer will be determined from high score to low score according to the number of recruits (1: 3). 60% of the interview results are qualified. After the interview, according to the weight ratio of written test score and interview score, the total score is calculated by percentage system. According to the total score from high to low, the physical examination object is determined according to the ratio of 1: 1. The last person with the same score will get a high score in the interview.

2. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) issued by the former Ministry of Personnel, and the examination shall be conducted according to the ratio of 1: 1 after passing the physical examination. Those who fail the physical examination and inspection will not be hired, and those who have vacancies will be replenished according to the total score from high to low. Publicize the personnel to be hired for 7 days, and go through the employment procedures after no objection. If the hired personnel give up their employment qualifications after publicity, they will not be replaced.

3. If the employee has a labor contract or employment agreement with the original unit, I shall negotiate with the original unit to dissolve the contract or terminate the employment agreement according to the relevant regulations within 10 days, and go through the relevant formalities.

4. The employed personnel must go through the relevant employment procedures within one month after publicity.

5. The employed personnel belong to the business nature, and the employment contract uniformly printed by the personnel department shall be signed with the employing unit on the principle of equality, voluntariness and consensus. The probation period is 3 months. After the probation period expires, a comprehensive assessment will be conducted. Those who fail to pass the examination or are incompetent will be disqualified and enter the talent market to choose their own jobs.

Fourth, the registration method

1. Registration time: June 5-6, 2009, 8: 30am-11:00pm.

2. Registration place: Municipal Personnel Bureau (8th floor, Qidong Workers' Cultural Palace).

3. On-site registration. Applicants must provide their identity card, academic degree certificate, household registration certificate and other documents required for the job; All the above documents and materials must be submitted in originals and copies. Staff of government agencies and institutions who want to apply for the exam need to bring the certificate that the competent department agrees to apply for the exam.

4. Applicants should truthfully fill in the Application Form for Recruitment of Public Institutions in accordance with the conditions and requirements stipulated in this Guide, and submit two recent bareheaded one-inch photos and the registration fee, and go through the registration procedures. If the information provided by the individual and the documents and materials provided are wrong or distorted, all the consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the individual.

5. Each person is limited to one post. If the number of applicants and the number of recruitment positions are not up to the proportion of the examination, the number of recruitment positions will be reduced accordingly.

6. According to the spirit of Tong Jia Fei [2008] No.52 and Notice on Defining the Examination Fee Policy for Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions issued by Nantong Municipal Price Bureau and Finance Bureau, the written examination fee and interview fee for candidates participating in the interview according to regulations are 100 yuan/person. The medical examination fee is charged according to the facts.
