2023 Recruitment Examination Process of Institutions in baishan city, Jilin Province

According to the Interim Measures for Open Recruitment of College Graduates in baishan city, the examination is conducted by direct interview without written examination, organized by the Organization Department of Baishan Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of baishan city.

(1) Preliminary screening

After the qualification examination, if the ratio of the number of recruitment plans to the number of qualified people exceeds 1:40, candidates need to take a written test, and the interview candidates are determined according to the ratio of recruitment position plan 1: 10 from high to low. Parallel entry 1: 10 people enter the interview together. The written test results are only used as qualifications for entering the interview and are not included in the total score. The specific time and place of the written test will be notified separately.

(2) Interview examination

If the number of recruitment plans and the number of qualified candidates do not exceed 1:40, candidates will directly enter the interview. The interview score is the total test score, with a full score of 100 and a passing line of 60, which will be graded on the spot. The specific time and place of the interview will be announced separately.

(3) Results query

The examination results were published on the websites of Baishan Municipal People's Government and baishan city Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

(4) Investigation

Candidates with test scores above the passing line enter the inspection session. According to the order of test scores from high to low, the candidates are determined according to the proportion of the number of recruitment positions 1: 1, and the competent department of the recruiting unit inspects their ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance.

Candidates who give up during the inspection will be disqualified and will not be replenished. If the inspection qualification is cancelled or the inspection is unqualified because it does not meet the qualification conditions for registration and recruitment positions, the candidates with the total score of the same post examination reaching the passing line or above will be replenished from high score to low score.
