If the sandpaper is too thick, scratches may appear on the wall; If the sandpaper is too fine, it is difficult to polish and smooth. Therefore, the choice of sandpaper is not as thick as possible, nor as thin as possible, but to match the putty on the wall.

Precautions for wall polishing:

In order to observe the flatness of the wall at any time, it is recommended to hold a light bulb of more than 200 watts during grinding. The choice of wall sandpaper is not the thicker the better, nor the finer the better. Generally speaking, testing should start with fine sandpaper. If it is difficult to polish, change coarse sandpaper, but finally polish it again with fine sandpaper to ensure smoothness and no scratches on the wall.

In order to ensure the service life of the wall, it is best to choose water-resistant putty for the wall putty, which will bring certain difficulties to the construction personnel to polish the wall. After the putty is completely dried (more than 7 days), the bonding strength is high, the surface structure is firm and it is not easy to polish. During construction, it is recommended to use 120 mesh coarse sandpaper for the first time and fine sandpaper with 360 mesh or more for the second time.
