After applying online, I went to the seminar site and started the written test directly after the completion. 1) The written test is divided into four parts: 1. Basic questions, all about administrative ability Time for test questions is 40 minutes 2. Time for choosing one of two psychological test questions is 40 minutes 3. Time for supplementary sentences for psychological testing is 20 minutes 4. Professional test, 20 minutes 2) Participate in the interview the day after passing the written test First round interview Technical interview with everyone Everyone knows how to ask questions about the projects and courses you are doing. In the second round of comprehensive interviews, a group of ten people conduct case analysis. They have three minutes to read the material, one minute to answer, and twenty-five minutes to discuss the case with nine other people to summarize a final result.
