The difference between die assembler and die mechanic;

Mold assembler:

3. In addition, some industries also require mold assemblers to have the ability to design, process, assemble, test and calibrate some tooling equipment with special requirements.

Mould mechanic:

1. Generally speaking, tooling refers to fixtures and molds. Fixtures and molds are made according to the drawings designed by technicians.

2. There are many kinds of fixtures and molds. Moreover, there are many steps and processes in the production of each set of fixtures, and some masters only process one or two of them.

3. The manufactured fixture or die will play a role in processing stability and improving efficiency for the subsequent mechanical processing procedures.
