Baristas are divided into three grades: assistant barista, barista and senior barista.

The qualification certification of barista is divided into three grades: assistant barista (professional level 3), barista (professional level 2) and senior barista (professional 1).

The application conditions for barista professional qualification certification are as follows:

1, assistant barista (those who meet one of the following conditions can apply for primary vocational qualification)

(1) Obtain the professional qualification certificate of assistant barista, have been engaged in coffee work continuously for more than 1 year, and have reached the required standard hours after formal training of barista.

(2) Have technical secondary school education or above, have been engaged in coffee work continuously for more than 1 year, and have reached the required standard hours after formal training by barista.

(3) have a college degree or above, and have reached the required standard hours after formal training by baristas.

3. Senior barista (one of the following conditions can apply for senior professional qualification)

(1) Obtain the professional qualification certificate of barista, have been engaged in coffee work for more than 2 years continuously, and have passed the formal training of senior barista and reached the required standard hours.

(2) Having a college degree or above who has been engaged in coffee work for more than 2 years, and having been trained by a senior barista to reach the required standard hours.

(3) Have a bachelor degree or above and have been engaged in coffee work for more than 65,438+0 years continuously, and have reached the required standard hours after formal training by senior barista.

Training requirements:

1, training period

Full-time vocational school education is determined according to its training objectives and teaching plan. Promotion training period: the initial setting is not less than 120 standard hours; The intermediate level is not less than 90 standard hours; Advanced not less than 60 standard hours; The standard working hours of technicians shall not be less than 60 hours.

2. Training teachers

Teachers who train junior, middle and senior talents should have the professional qualification certificate of professional technician or above or the professional technical post qualification of intermediate or above in related majors; Teachers who train technicians should have the professional qualification certificate of senior technicians in this major or the qualifications of senior technicians in related majors and cherry blossoms.
