Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. (2) Physical examination and assessment. According to the interview results, according to the recruitment position, determine the candidates from high score to low score, and organize physical examination and assessment. Those who participate in the physical examination and assessment are unqualified, and they will be replenished from high score to low score among other people who enter the same position.

The physical examination shall be carried out according to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants. Unless otherwise stipulated by the state, such provisions shall prevail. Those who practise fraud in the medical examination will not be employed. Those who fail to have a medical examination on time are deemed to have given up their qualification automatically.

The assessment is conducted in various ways, such as consulting files, checking identities, individual conversations and holding symposiums. The main contents of the assessment include the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance of the personnel to be hired.

V publicity, employment procedures and treatment

According to the results of interview, physical examination and assessment, the candidates to be hired are selected and publicized in the recruiting unit for 7 days. If there is no objection, the relevant formalities shall be handled in accordance with the regulations. If the fresh doctoral students in full-time universities cannot graduate as scheduled, their employment qualifications will be cancelled. Employed personnel shall implement probation system according to regulations, and those who pass the expiration period will be formally employed, and those who fail will be terminated.

The employed personnel are regular employees in the establishment, and their wages and benefits are implemented according to the staff standards of relevant national and provincial institutions.
