Guangdong Resident Identity Card Production Center (Guangdong Special Certificate Production Center) is a public institution under the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department. In order to meet the needs of the work, with the approval of the Provincial Personnel Department and the Public Security Department, it is decided to openly recruit financial allocation staff for the society in accordance with the principles of open recruitment, fair competition and merit-based employment. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the candidate

Open recruitment for 2007 fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities and personnel with nationally recognized academic qualifications. On-the-job personnel employed by state-owned units must obtain the consent of the work unit and issue a written certificate. Returned students who intend to apply for study abroad must obtain overseas academic qualifications and degree certification certificates issued by the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education, and have relevant certification materials issued by Chinese embassies and consulates abroad to meet the post requirements.

Recruitment targets are divided into "fresh graduates", "previous graduates" and "social workers". "Fresh graduates" refers to the graduates of ordinary colleges and universities who graduated in 2007; "Previous graduates" refers to graduates from ordinary colleges and universities (including graduates who have been employed or suspended from employment); "Social personnel" refers to those who have obtained nationally recognized academic qualifications (including previous graduates, but excluding fresh graduates). Hong Kong, Macao and returned overseas students apply for the exam. Those who graduated less than 1 year at the time of registration are regarded as fresh graduates, and those who graduated more than 1 year are regarded as previous graduates.

Second, the application conditions

(1) Having People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality and supporting the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC).

Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes and those who have been dismissed from public office, those who have been found cheating in examinations by the competent authorities of civil servants since 2005 and those who are prohibited from being employed as civil servants by law are not allowed to register. Servicemen, civil servants who have served for less than five years or have been dismissed for less than five years, and non-fresh college graduates are not allowed to register.

Applicants should fill in the application form according to the recruitment conditions and requirements announced in the announcement (see Annex 2), hold mainland resident ID card, student ID card and employment recommendation form for college graduates in 2007, and other personnel should hold mainland resident ID card, household registration book, academic certificate, degree certificate and other relevant supporting materials (all documents require originals and photocopies), as well as two recent bareheaded photos of themselves, and fill in the application form as required within the time specified in the announcement.

Each applicant can only apply for one position that meets the recruitment requirements. When registering, applicants should truthfully submit relevant information and materials. Anyone who practices fraud will be disqualified from examination, interview or employment once verified.

Except for special positions, positions with fewer than 3 applicants will not be tested.

(4) The poor rural college students and urban residents who intend to enjoy the relevant examination fee reduction and exemption shall go through the reduction and exemption procedures with relevant certification materials when registering on site. Proof materials include: urban family applicants who enjoy the national minimum living guarantee, certificates and low guarantees (photocopies) issued by the civil affairs departments of counties (districts, cities) where their families are located; The applicant of the absolutely poor family in rural areas, the poverty alleviation certificate issued by the poverty alleviation office (office) of the county (district, city) where his family is located, and the file card of the basic situation of the poor family (photocopy).

Fourth, the exam.

The exam includes a written test and an interview.

(1) Written examination

The contents of the written test are: public basic knowledge, legal common sense and writing ability. Don't specify reference books for the exam.

Written test time: 09: 00 a.m.-11:30 on October, 2008.

The written test is organized by the Provincial Personnel Department for marking and scoring. The minimum entry score for written test is determined by the Provincial Personnel Department. Those below the qualified score line cannot enter the interview.

(2) Interview

Interviewers are calculated by sections according to the number of people to be hired in the recruitment position. The specific calculation function is:

Among them, χ represents the number of people to be employed in the recruitment position, and у represents the number of people interviewed; The calculation result (у value) is rounded to the nearest decimal point. Candidates with short-listed written test scores shall be interviewed according to the above provisions in the order of high written test scores.

The interview was organized by the provincial public security department to unify the proposition. The interview time and place will be announced separately.

Candidates who take part in the interview need to have a qualification review before the interview. The graduates of 2007 hold the admission ticket, mainland resident ID card, student ID card, employment recommendation form for graduates of ordinary colleges and universities, and others hold the admission ticket, mainland resident ID card, household registration book, academic certificate, degree certificate and other relevant certification materials (the original documents are required) for qualification review. Those who fail the qualification review shall not participate in the interview, and the recruiting unit may fill in the interviewers in turn. After the interview, according to the proportion of written test scores accounting for 60% and interview scores accounting for 40%, the total test score is 60 points.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) physical examination and investigation

Candidates who pass the examination shall be determined for physical examination and inspection according to their total scores and the number of people to be employed in the recruitment position. Those who fail the physical examination and inspection shall be replenished in turn.

Sixth, enrollment.

Candidates who have passed the physical examination and inspection, if there is no objection after publicity, shall be submitted for approval and employment according to the prescribed procedures and authority.

In order to encourage the rational flow of talents, unfilled vacancies will be transferred from candidates with high scores who have never been hired. The specific recruitment methods for job transfer will be notified separately.

Seven, matters needing attention

(a) applicants must take the admission ticket and ID card at the same time when taking the exam. Candidates who lack documents are not allowed to take the exam.

(2) This exam does not specify an exam counseling book, nor does it hold or entrust any institution to hold an exam counseling training class. At present, any remedial classes, counseling websites, publications, internet cards, etc. An examination held in the name of the civil service examination proposition group and specialized training institutions that has nothing to do with this examination.
