Hebi He Qi Power Plant plans to build two 600MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired units on the north side of Yuanmiao Village, Miaokou Township, Qixian County, Hebi City, and replace two 220MW coal-fired units of Hebi Wanhe Power Generation Co., Ltd. with "big pressure and small pressure". The project conforms to the national industrial policy, which is conducive to achieving the goal of energy saving and emission reduction and accelerating the optimization of power supply structure in Henan Province. The National Energy Administration agreed to carry out the preliminary work of this project (Guoneng Electric Power [2065438+02] No.60).

The design coal and check coal of this project come from Changzhi, Shanxi Province, and are transported into the factory by railway.

The production water of this project adopts urban reclaimed water, which is jointly supplied by Hebi Qibin Sewage Treatment Co., Ltd., Qixian Environmental Protection Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Qixian Chengbei Sewage Treatment Plant; The standby water source is the surface water of Panshitou Reservoir; City tap water is used as domestic water. The circulating water supply system adopts the cooling tower secondary circulating water supply system, and the industrial wastewater and domestic sewage in the factory are all treated and reused without wastewater discharge.

The ash separation, pneumatic ash removal and mechanical slag removal in this project create conditions for comprehensive utilization, and the comprehensive utilization rate is100%. When the comprehensive utilization of ash is not smooth, it will be sent to Cheren ditch ash yard rented by Wanhe Power Plant by car after humidity adjustment. Cheren ditch ash yard is located at 12km north of the project site and about 1km south of Wanhe Power Plant.

The total investment of this project is 4,986,543.8+0.93 million yuan, of which the environmental protection investment is 550,654.38+0.4 million yuan, accounting for about 65,438+0.654 38+0% of the total investment.

In this phase, two 600 MW ultra-supercritical large-capacity and high-parameter thermal power units will be built, with high efficiency, low coal consumption and advanced control level. The project gives consideration to urban heating, and environmental protection facilities such as flue gas dust removal, desulfurization and denitrification devices will be built simultaneously. At the same time, the unit adopts advanced and mature energy-saving and emission-reduction technologies such as small turbine-driven induced draft fan, flue gas waste heat recovery device and air-cooled dry slag extractor, which can save 210.36 million tons of standard coal every year, which will play an important role in improving energy utilization efficiency and improving urban air quality.
