Second, the standard and payment method of living allowance for employees
(a) the standard of living allowance is calculated and paid according to the actual population of the employee's family. The monthly food allowance for each person is 29 cents, and the coal allowance is 14 cents.
(two) families with two or more employees only enjoy a living allowance, which is paid by the unit where one party works, and other employees can be counted as family population.
(three) the family population of employees refers to the family members of employees who live together and live in the areas where the prices of grain and coal are adjusted and are supported by the employees themselves.
(four) in the implementation of these provisions, it is necessary to verify the family population of employees, so as to avoid repeated enjoyment or omission.
(5) The amount of subsidy is calculated according to the total family population of employees in government agencies and institutions. After subsidizing according to the above standards, the remaining part will be reserved as subsidy funds for the living difficulties of employees of this unit. When necessary, the local government can make adjustments according to the situation.
(6) Living allowance funds; State organs and institutions shall be separately approved by the financial department; Enterprises have considered this factor when the central government allocates the financial index of 1965, and can use the enterprise cost (commodity circulation fee) to spend. This fund is temporarily included in the total salary.
