Interviewing in the evaluation center is a common way for most foreign companies to evaluate talents. It should be pointed out that AC interview is not the same as group interview. AC brings many applicants together for unified evaluation, but there are many ways of evaluation, and group discussion or group activities are not the only focus. There must be a link on the AC surface for each candidate to express himself separately, which is different from the group interview. In addition, AC face generally lasts for a long time, which may last all day, and often provides lunch for candidates.

The general process of AC surface is as follows:

The first round: case analysis, separate speech;

The second round: group activities, in which groups solve cases together (the number of cases may be 1-2) and then answer the interviewer's questions;

The third round: face-to-face interview, the interviewer is usually the department manager; Technical posts will also have additional technical aspects, basically in the form of one-on-one.

PAR face is an interview with a partner.
