When applying for foreign companies, the higher the academic qualifications, the better. Peking University released the "White Paper on China's Human Resources Service Industry 2010". A survey showed that foreign companies were more willing to hire undergraduates last year.

The white paper released the 2010 Survey Report on the Employment of College Students in Foreign Enterprises. This four-month survey showed that nearly 85% of foreign enterprises are willing to recruit fresh graduates, and more than 60% of them are willing to recruit fresh graduates. The number of foreign companies recruiting fresh graduates exceeded that in 2009, which shows that the demand for foreign companies suppressed by the financial crisis was released last year.

In terms of academic qualifications, foreign companies are more likely to recruit undergraduates, followed by college students. Among the foreign companies participating in the survey, 163 foreign companies expressed their willingness to recruit undergraduate students, 43 companies were willing to recruit college students, while only 32 companies hoped to recruit graduate students, and 16 companies only hired doctoral students.

In the recruitment statistics of various industries, the majority of talent demand is still undergraduates, especially in trade, manufacturing, entertainment, advertising, service and other industries, the demand for undergraduates is much higher than that of master's degree students ,PhD. Only in industries with higher professional requirements such as finance, consulting, accounting, IT, and pharmaceuticals, the demand for graduate students is relatively high.

Manpower experts believe that foreign companies pay more attention to practical skills. If the applicants have similar backgrounds, students with practical experience in social services are more valued. The survey shows that under the same conditions, 73.08% of foreign companies are more willing to recruit fresh graduates with practical experience in social services. In addition, professional counterparts are also one of the conditions that foreign companies attach great importance to. More than 60% of companies must find graduates with corresponding majors.

Last year, more than 60% of foreign companies set monthly salaries for fresh graduates, generally ranging from 2,000 yuan to 4,000 yuan, and more than half of the companies would increase the salary of fresh graduates within one year. (Reporter Liu Hao);
