Non-directional recruitment: Full-time undergraduate degree or above is required, and graduate students from domestic double-class universities, the top three universities in finance, economics, law and agriculture, the top 500 universities in the world, and undergraduate graduates from domestic first-class universities and top 300 universities in the world are given priority. Directional recruitment: Full-time bachelor degree or above is required, regardless of institutions, and they are arranged to work in grassroots units such as cigarette stations, with a service life of not less than 10 years.

Applicants can only choose one of non-directional positions and directional positions to register. Priority is given to local students under the same conditions.
