Enterprises in Wenzhou City successfully recruited new employees for the first time, and the old employees were uniformly declared by the enterprises. New and old employees are all foreign employees.

"New and old" reward conditions

The following conditions must be met simultaneously:

1. Old employees must participate in enterprise employee pension insurance or industrial injury insurance in June 2022.

2. From February 1 2022 to February 28, 2022, old employees successfully recruited new employees from urban enterprises who came to Wenzhou for the first time, and the new employees were required to pay enterprise employee pension insurance continuously and work for more than 3 months according to law.

"New and old" reward standard

Each employee shall be given a subsidy of 1000 yuan, and the total reward for each old employee shall not exceed 20,000 yuan.

"Old and New" Award Declaration Process

Enterprises can log in to Wenzhou industrial policy reward cashing system to search for "new and old rewards" to declare, and submit the materials of "List of New and Old Rewards Practitioners in Wenzhou in 2022", and the declaration date is May 1 day, 2022 to June 30, 2022. Enterprises should truthfully provide the list and amount of subsidies for new and old employees, which can be declared many times. All localities should complete the examination and issuance within 10 working days after receiving the application.
