Registration time of second-class construction engineer in Shanxi Province

In 2023, the registration time of Shanxi second-level builders is expected to start in April. The second-level constructor is an architectural professional qualification and a necessary condition for being a project manager. Registered construction engineer is a registered practitioner who relies on professional technology and takes project management as the core. Those who have passed the qualification examination of the second-level constructor shall be awarded the qualification certificate of the second-level constructor in People's Republic of China (PRC) by the personnel department and the housing and construction department of the province, autonomous region and municipality directly under the Central Government.

On February 5, 2002, the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Construction jointly issued the Interim Provisions on the Qualification System of Construction Engineers (No.11), which marked the formal establishment of the qualification system of construction engineers in China. The "Regulations" clearly stipulates that China's construction engineers refer to professional and technical personnel engaged in key positions in general contracting of construction projects and construction management.
