However, what makes people feel deeply is that the boss who founded the automobile freight company is actually a former wage earner, a young entrepreneur who is only 40 years old.

1966, Li Changwen was born in an authentic peasant family. Due to financial difficulties at home, he dropped out of junior high school before he graduated. In order to make a living, like many rural youths, they go out to work with their luggage on their backs. He has been to the factory, worked as a coolie, bought tractors and cars for transportation, and was in debt of hundreds of thousands because he had no business experience. In the first spring of the new century, Li Changwen came to the county traffic police brigade and found a job (temporary traffic police). Traffic police have a close relationship with car freight. After work, he assiduously studied and mastered the relevant traffic laws and regulations, and captured the relevant information of automobile freight. He works very hard, doing everything and sweeping the floor. Rural children are hard-working, down-to-earth, hard-working and capable, and have won the recognition of brigade leaders and comrades. Over the past few years, Li Changwen has repeatedly read more than 20 traffic laws and regulations, such as Road Traffic Law, and related knowledge of automobile freight, and recorded more than 200,000 words of study notes, laying a solid foundation for establishing his own freight enterprises in the future.

Return to China to start a business with skills.

Li Changwen worked in the county traffic police brigade for two or three years, repeatedly investigated and studied the market situation and development direction of automobile freight, and decided to return to his hometown to start a business. His enthusiasm was strongly supported by the local government and he promised to provide services for his entrepreneurship.

In 2000, Li Changwen returned to his hometown with confidence, and the first thing he did was to inquire about the automobile freight market. He was overjoyed to learn that Xiajiang and even Ji 'an have not set up a car freight company, which is a freight enterprise integrating loans, car purchases, payment vouchers and freight settlement, bringing great convenience to car drivers and bright market prospects. So I founded the first automobile freight company in Xiajiang County, and started my own automobile freight business-Xiajiang Chang Rong Automobile Transportation Co., Ltd. During the operation, he put forward the business philosophy of "focusing on developing freight, taking efficiency as the center, and taking service as the responsibility", and adhered to the enterprise spirit of "loving their jobs and striving for first-class". After five years of hard work, the business scope has been continuously expanded, and now it has developed into logistics information, cargo transportation, automobile sales and repair, taxi passenger transportation, parking, accommodation and other business projects. It has 580 vehicles of various types and employs more than 65,438 people, with an annual transportation volume of 250 million yuan. From 2000 to 2005, * * * provided the country with 654.38 million yuan in tax revenue and fixed assets 1 100 million yuan. The company has become the leader of automobile freight transportation in Xiajiang County and even Ji 'an City.

Overcome difficulties and create greater glories.

Li Changwen was full of confidence after the successful establishment of the automobile freight company. He is delighted to realize that automobile freight transportation is a big project with broad market prospects and development potential. Then, a bigger idea flashed in his mind-reinvesting in the establishment of Jiangxi Chang Rong Logistics Group.

However, his family's obstruction and lack of funds put him in trouble again. His parents and wife don't agree to invest huge sums of money to form a group. In their words, the enterprise is so big that they are satisfied. Investing a lot of money to make it bigger is undoubtedly a waste of money-a stupid risk. However, Li Changwen had to turn to the government for help. The county government and the township government are very supportive of his idea of starting a business and express their full support. The county and township governments held a meeting, and decided to set up the "Xiajiang County Logistics Development Center" to provide all-round services for the establishment of a logistics group in Li Changwen. Now the logistics group has completed the preliminary work such as feasibility study, enterprise registration and land requisition.
