What is the job of a printer?

(1) Check the weft skew, width and wool effect of the fabric, identify the quality of the flower tube, flower net and flower board, determine the arrangement of the flower tube or flower net, and select and polish the scraper;

(2) operating the printing machine or using hand tools, adjusting the pattern position, adjusting the pressure of the flower tube or the flower net, adjusting the position and pressure of the scraper, controlling the dosage of color paste, and printing the fabric;

(3) operate the proofing equipment, carry out proofing, check the color light and check the printing effect;

(4) operating the steamer, adjusting the temperature, temperature and vehicle speed, and fixing the color;

(5) Finding and handling the abnormal phenomena in the printing process;

(6) Clean and maintain the equipment and handle the operation failure;

(7) Fill in the production record card.
