Brief introduction of Liang Bangchu.

Liang Bangchu (19 13- 1996) was born in an artistic scholarly family in Nanchang, Jiangxi. His father Liang Jingzhai is an art connoisseur. Influenced by him, Bang Chu loved Chinese painting since childhood. When I was a teenager, I posted the works of Mustard Garden and Zhu Da, a native of Badashan, on the wall and held an "Liang Bangchu Art Exhibition", which was discovered by Fu Baoshi. Seeing that he is smart, studious and talented, I gladly accept him as a disciple. 193 1 year-old, 19-year-old, admitted to the Art Department of Nanjing National Central University, studied under Mr. Lv Fengzi and Mr. Zhang Shuqi, and his painting skills are improving day by day. From 1937 to 1949, Mr. Liang has taught in Danyang Art College, Jiangxi College and Jiangxi Fuliang Normal School. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, he has taught Chinese painting in the Central Academy of Arts and Crafts (now Tsinghua University Academy of Fine Arts), Hebei Teachers College of Art (now Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts) and Jiangxi Institute of Literature and Art for 50 years. He has served as vice chairman and consultant of Jiangxi Branch of China Artists Association for a long time, consultant of Jiangxi Painting and Calligraphy Institute, and vice president of Badashan People's Research Association.

1928- 1935

Influenced by family studies, I loved painting since I was a child. 15 years old, admitted to the Fine Arts Department of Jiangxi Ethnic High School. During my study, I benefited a lot under the guidance of Mr. Fu Baoshi. 193 1, studying in the art department of Nanjing National Central University. In addition to continuing to learn from Mr. Fu Baoshi, he was also carefully cultivated by Mr. Lv Fengzi and Mr. Zhang Shuqi, and was a disciple of the two masters.

1932 cooperated with Zhang Shuqi, a teacher, on the picture of chicken and chrysanthemum (Mr. Zhang Shuqi wrote: "Ren Shenxia, the state draws chickens at the beginning of the summer, and the book flags the chrysanthemums"). This work was included in the Collection of Flag Flowers and Birds Paintings, signed by Youren and published by Shanghai Jincheng Craft Society.

1935 graduated from university with a bachelor's degree in education.

1936- 1949

After graduating from university, he successively served as a Chinese painting teacher, associate professor and professor in Danyang Normal College of Fine Arts in Jiangsu, Mo Lifeng Art College in Jiangxi and Fuliang Normal School in Jiangxi founded by Mr. Lv Fengzi, engaged in art education, and practiced art ceramics firing in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi.

65438-0936, a full-time teacher of traditional Chinese painting in Danyang, Jiangsu Province, concurrently serves as academic director.

1937 The work "Landscape" was selected as the second national art exhibition collection "Modern Painting and Calligraphy Collection" of Xiaoyu Department.

1938 is a full-time Chinese painting teacher in Li Fengyi, Jiangxi.

1950- 1965

After the founding of the People's Republic of China, he worked in Jiujiang Teachers College, Central Academy of Fine Arts, Hebei Art Teachers College and Jiangxi College of Literature and Art in Jiangxi Province, engaged in art education.

1950, worked in Jiangxi provincial library.

1952 Up to now, teacher of Chinese painting in Jiujiang Normal University, Jiangxi Province.

1956 The work Amphibia was selected for the national exhibition and published in the People's Liberation Army Pictorial.

1957 was recruited by the State Council, and transferred to the Ceramic Department of the Central Academy of Arts and Crafts by the Art Department of the Ministry of Culture as a Chinese painting teacher.

In the same year, the People's Liberation Army Pictorial published the work "Liu Buge".

1958 Soviet Pictorial published the work Eagle.

In the same year, Xu Beihong and Qi Baishi were included in the Dictionary of Artists and Celebrities published by the Soviet Union.

In the same year, the textbook Essentials of China Flower-and-Bird Ink Painting Techniques was compiled.

1959, Shanghai People's Publishing House published the work Liu Starling.

In the same year, Mr. Fu Baoshi wrote a long article "Fishing Eagle", which was published by Hebei Fine Arts Publishing House.

1962, Jiangxi People's Publishing House published the work Myna in Red Leaves.

1964 transferred back to Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, and became a professor at Jiangxi Institute of Literature and Art. ..

In the same year, the work Ducks in Commune was selected for the national art exhibition and published by foreign languages press.

1965 Mr Fu Baoshi came to Jiangxi to participate in the reform of Jiangxi Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and Liang Bangchu was elected as a member of Jiangxi Federation of Literary and Art Circles.

1979- 1996

After the new period, his artistic career was brilliant again and reached the peak of creation. In 1979, 1982, 1984, 1992 and 1995, they won national and provincial awards in succession. His special works will be kept in Chairman Mao's Memorial Hall forever. In addition, many works became precious gifts, which were presented by the provincial people's government and customs agencies to foreign governments such as Japan, the Soviet Union, the United States, Yugoslavia and Romania, as well as politicians and celebrities. 1985 retired honorably and engaged in art education for half a century.

1979 The People's Liberation Army Pictorial published its work Better than Spring.

In the same year, the work "Fishing Eagle" was selected for Jiangxi Art Exhibition and won the first prize.

In the same year1Feb. 2, Jiangxi Daily published its work "Joy in the World".

1980 held a solo exhibition in Jiangxi Federation of Literary and Art Circles, exhibiting 67 works.

198 1 year held a solo exhibition in Lushan. Mr. Chen Shuliang sent a congratulatory message: "Spring returns to the earth and congratulates Mr. Bang Chu on his rejuvenation." Mr. Wang Bomin wrote an inscription: "I will go in and out of Qiong Qi with all the ingredients." All works are collected and published by Jiangxi Provincial Department of Culture. During the exhibition, he was invited to paint for Mr. Qian Weichang, Vice Chairman of the National People's Congress. And held talks with Mr. Fei Yimin, president of Hong Kong Ta Kung Pao.

1982 The work "Liutang Osprey" was selected for the National Arts and Crafts Exhibition and won the second prize.

At the exhibition site, Mr. Guan Shanyue cordially communicated with Mr. Liang, saying, "You are really the eight great mountains of our time." And take a group photo.
