Looking for a job in Shenzhen: warehouse management, computer maintenance, network management, documentary.

I've been in Shenzhen for almost 10 years, and I'm working as HRM (human resource management) in a company in Shenzhen. I'll give you some advice from the perspective of my understanding of Shenzhen and my career:

How can I put it? It's hard to find a job now, and there are few people to recruit. Some of them are recruiting, and they basically accept resumes. There are no real job vacancies, so you should also look at them when submitting your resume. For example, a company recruits people in the talent market and still goes to those positions every day, which basically belongs to receiving resumes.

In view of your situation, it is still recommended to do computer maintenance or network management. These two positions are ok in all aspects. Warehouse management has no future, even if it dies. The salary is not high and it is tiring. As for sales promotion, you are inexperienced and hard to find.

Also, in Shenzhen, 10000% (not 100%, but 10000% clearly) is a lie. There are many deceptive intermediaries in Shenzhen, so don't go. There are also job advertisements posted on roads, walls and telephone poles, and that is100000000% deceptive, specifically for people who have just arrived in Shenzhen and have no experience.

Spending in Shenzhen is high, and it costs money to find a job. If you don't have much money around you, just find a job, be a warehouse manager or a general worker, have a place to live and eat, survive first and then seek development.

So how do you find a job in Shenzhen?

1) About finding a job online

Objectively speaking, unless it is a high-end position (such as senior manager, director, more than five years of work experience, over 30 years old) or a computer-related job (such as web page making, graphic design, drawing, etc.), I don't recommend finding a general position online.

Generally speaking, online recruitment is not real recruitment, but just collecting resumes and analyzing the information in the human resources market, or the position to be recruited is not very urgent (there is no real vacancy demand). For high-end positions, because it is difficult to recruit, they will be recruited online. Ordinary jobs, it is better to run more talent market. -Don't be lazy. Most people who go to the talent market for recruitment need vacancies. Of course, online job hunting can also be regarded as an aspect, but it must be assisted, not just online job hunting, it is difficult to find.

Recruitment websites can be selected from cjol, Bafang Talent Network and Zhuo Bo Talent Network. These three websites are relatively formal, and some companies publish recruitment information. Other websites are either not in Shenzhen or in Shenzhen, and most of them are not published by enterprises themselves, but copied from the above three websites (internet terminology is called "collection").

2) Looking in the talent market

In Shenzhen Customs, Shenzhen talent market, Luohu talent market and Zhongnan talent market are relatively formal and large, and there are many recruiting units. These three families are located in Baoan North Road, Luohu District, which is not far away and easy to find. Most other talent markets and employment agencies are deceptive.

Shenzhen Guanwai, in Baoan District, Sanhe has a relatively large talent market. Sanhe got off at Longhua, crossed the rainbow shopping mall in Longhua, and entered through the rainbow from a big wave hundreds of meters away. Baocheng should have it, but I'm not familiar with it. There should be fewer big ones there. There seems to be a new world, and I don't know what to do.

In Longgang District, there are three, one is Buji Wisdom in Zhongnan, and the other is the new distance behind long gang zhen Bus Station, which is the largest and best in Longgang. The third is the Sanhe Dragon at Pinghu intersection-a branch of Longhua Sanhe.

There are many fraud agencies outside the customs, except the above ones, most of which are deceptive.

In addition, the South China Human Resources Market in Luohu, the South China Human Resources Market in Buji and the New Distance Human Resources Market in Longgang all belong to the same company. If you have a monthly (or semi-annual) card for the on-site job fair, you can use both of them.

Longhua Sanhe on-site job fair is relatively expensive, each time 10 yuan (you can apply for a monthly card with a bachelor's degree or above, but 30 yuan can't apply for a bachelor's degree). Sanhe Long have never been there, so they don't know.

Shenzhen talent market is free of money.

In this case, it is recommended to look for it in the talent market in your area (all the above are basically deceptive), and it is not recommended to look for it online.
