How to make screen printing film

Production technology of screen printing film;

1. When making plate, pour emulsion and photosensitive liquid into the mucilage according to the weight of 10: 1. Then slowly stirring until the two liquids are mixed;

2. After the emulsion is adjusted, slightly incline the emulsion to flow onto the mesh cloth, and scrape it upward to make it evenly coated on the mesh cloth;

3. Apply photosensitive glue to both sides of the screen frame once in the same way, and then dry it with the hot air of a hair dryer;

4. Wait for the screen to dry before exposure to avoid all exposure. Put the screen flat under the lamp, then put the positive photosensitive adhesive film up on the screen, and press the glass cover and the two iron clips on the left and right sides;

5. After exposure, screen printing screen can be washed with clear water or gently wiped with sponge until the pattern is clear.

6. After the screen printing screen is washed with water, cover the upper and lower sides of the screen with dry cloth to absorb water. Let the screen dry naturally or blow dry with a hair dryer. In this way, the plate-making process is completed;

7. After screen printing is completed, place the object to be printed flat under the screen, align it, pour the ink on the inner frame of the screen, hold the squeegee in your right hand, and print the pattern clearly on what you need with a slope of 50 to 70.
