Calculation formula of steel strand mould

There is no calculation formula. Stranding die has no calculation formula, only empirical formula, which is selected according to the stretching ratio of materials. The principle of die matching is tube drawing. For insulated wire core, die core = D+0.8 ~ 1.5 mm, die sleeve = 3 ~ 8 mm, for sheath, die core = D+5 ~ 8 mm, die sleeve =1.5 mm.
