What does hrbp do?

HRBP is the acronym of the English word Human Resource Business Partner, which is usually translated into human resource business partner. It is an important division of labor under the brand-new three-pillar division of labor mode of human resource management, which is close to the business, understands the specific situation of the business, finds out the problems and needs of the business department in human resource management in time, and thus gives human resource solutions.

Specific responsibilities:

Analyze the personnel situation and recruitment demand of the department to ensure that the personnel in the vacant position are in place as soon as possible.

Understand and identify the lack of working ability of personnel at all levels in the department, organize various forms of learning and training activities, and improve the overall working ability of the department.

Assist the department head to make a reasonable performance management plan to better achieve the department performance goals.

Be familiar with and understand the staff of the department, organize various rich league building activities, and promote a more harmonious workplace atmosphere.

Assist department leaders to establish team culture.
