I am now a regular employee of Northeast Special Steel’s Dalian base. I am also a college student (I majored in metallurgy). I graduated in 2010 and was assigned to Dalian Special Steel. First of all, our working environment is very good because the Dalian base is Newly built (in Dengsha River Lingang Industrial Zone, Jinzhou District, Dalian City), the equipment and factory buildings are all new, so the environment is good (much better than other steel plants), but the location is very remote. The treatment depends on where you are assigned. In some workshops, the workload is very small and the wages are very high. In some places, the work is very tiring and the wages are low. I am currently working in a shift system with 4 shifts, 3 operations and 8 hours per shift. The wages in production workshops can sometimes be 3,800, and sometimes only 2,800. Not necessarily. The salary is basically maintained at around 3,000. My classmate works shift work in other workshops, but he works the night shift in the auxiliary workshop. He basically sleeps and works for about 2,500 a month, so the salary depends on where you are assigned. If you can be assigned to the government building (but the chance for junior college students is very small) ) You will be fine. There is a lot of difference in wages between the production workshop and the auxiliary workshop. The salary in each production workshop is also different. Some are high and some are low.
