Nowadays, more and more college students find it difficult to find a good job after graduation. However, employers also find it difficult to recruit suitable employees at the same time. Why did this happen? I think it must be related to graduates. First of all, many employers find that most students have no work experience related to their major. Since students' main job at school is to study, employers should not actually set too high demands on them. But students should practice before entering the society, or at least have an idea of the work related to their major. Most students know nothing but textbooks, which makes them find it difficult to start. To make matters worse, some graduates don't do well in school. They have neither experience nor theoretical knowledge. In addition, most students are little princes and princesses at home. Under the protection of their parents, they didn't suffer anything. Therefore, they can't bear hardships, and they can't give up easily when they encounter difficulties. In a word, graduates should strive to improve themselves in order to get rid of the embarrassing situation of finding a job. This also makes recruitment easier. I firmly believe that this situation will be better in the future.
