Guangzhou Nansha Central Hospital is a non-profit tertiary general hospital jointly invested by Guangzhou Municipal People's Government and Nansha District People's Government. The examination is divided into three stages: written examination, department interview and hospital interview.

(1) Written examination

The total written test score is 100, and the qualified score is 60. After the written test, the results will be published on the website of Guangzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

Only those who pass the written test are eligible to participate in the departmental interview. Stop the next round of assessment when the number of qualified people is less than 3 times of the number of recruitment positions (except for positions with doctoral degree or sub-major and above in recruitment conditions).

(2) Department interview

The total interview score of the department is 100 (including 20% written test score and 80% examiner average score), and the qualified score line is 60.

The assessment team will score on the spot after the candidates' interview, and announce the interview results of all departments to the candidates. Those who pass the department interview are sorted from high to low, and those who participate in the hospital interview are determined by three times the number of recruitment positions. When the number of qualified people is less than 3 times the number of recruitment positions, the next round of assessment will be stopped (except for positions with doctoral degree or sub-major and above in the recruitment conditions).

(3) Hospital interview

Draw lots 30 minutes before the hospital interview to determine the interview order. Candidates who do not arrive in the interview waiting room within the specified time are deemed to have given up the interview.

The total interview score of the hospital is 100 (including 20% of the interview score of the department and 80% of the examiner's average score), and the qualified score line is 60.

After the interview, the assessment team will score on the spot and announce the results of the hospital interview to the candidates. The results of those who passed the hospital interview are sorted from high to low, and the physical examination objects are determined according to the proportion of the number of recruitment positions 1: 1.

(4) Physical examination

The medical examination fee for qualified employees shall be paid by the hospital. Candidates who fail the physical examination are determined according to the interview results of the hospital from high to low.
