APTECH authorized training center of Beida Jade Bird (Taiyuan Zeya) is located on the 7th floor of Chuangxiang Tiandi, Xinjian North Road, Taiyuan, opposite to the municipal government. Established in 2005, the center is a training base for BENET network engineers set up by Beida Jade Bird in Taiyuan. In 2009, it was awarded the entrepreneurial base for college students by Shanxi Small and Medium Enterprises Bureau.

In addition to 9 computers equipped with full LCD monitors and 7 classes of teaching facilities, it is also equipped with advanced multimedia teaching equipment such as projectors and slide projectors, and more than 60 Cisco 7200, 6500, 3600, 3500 and other high, medium and low-end router switches. In 2008, in order to meet the social demand for students' technology, Huawei, Maipu and Nortel equipment laboratories and student practice bases were established.

All teachers in the center have bachelor's and master's degrees in computer science from key universities, and have rich project experience and many years of teaching experience. Participated in the teaching method training organized by Beida Jade Bird Headquarters, and obtained the double certification of teacher qualification and teaching method. All teachers have strictly passed the certification training of the headquarters, and all have certificates.

The R&D team collected the recruitment information of 5,362 enterprises, followed up and interviewed 386 enterprises in 36 cities across the country, grasped the first-hand information on the employment of enterprises, and conducted an in-depth investigation on 4/kloc-0 enterprises in these 386 enterprises to understand the skill demand points of each technical link, thus determining the course direction of BENET3.0.
