Which city does Jishou belong to?

Jishou is the capital of Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Hunan Province.

The city borders luxi county in the southeast, Huayuan County in the northwest, Fenghuang County in the southwest and Baojing County and Guzhang County in the north. It is located between 28 08 ′ ~ 28 29 ′ north latitude and109 30 ′ ~10 04 ′ east longitude. Total area 1078.33 km2. The origin of place names

Zhenxi: Song Xining was established in Zhenxizhai in the third year (1070). In the thirty years of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (1397), thousands of military and civilian households were set up in the west of the town.

Ganzhou: In the thirty-first year of Jiajing in Ming Dynasty, Ganzhou whistle was set up. In the 43rd year of Kangxi in Qing Dynasty (1704), thousands of military and political halls in Zhenxi were demolished and Ganzhou Hall was set up. In the second year of Jiaqing (1797), it was promoted to Zhili Hall in Ganzhou.

Gancheng: In the first year of the Republic of China (19 12), the waste hall was set up as Ganxian County. Because of the same name as Gan County in Shaanxi Province, it was renamed Gancheng County in the second year of the Republic of China (19 13).

Soli: During the Ming Dynasty, there were thousands of families here. At that time, 1 10 households were taken as a "Li" and Zhenxi was set up. Because the west of the town is located here, it is named Suoli.
