1. Recruitment principles

1 doctor, 1 nurse, 2 rehabilitation therapists, 2 special education teachers, and 6 nurses.
3. Recruitment conditions
1. Be law-abiding, politically qualified, of good conduct, in good health, and able to endure hardships and stand hard work.
2. College degree or above recognized by the state.
3. Obtain relevant professional qualification certificates.
4. Aged between 22 and 40 years old (that is, born between August 20, 1991 and August 30, 1973), and have Yangling household registration.
4. Remuneration and benefits for employed personnel
1. Basic salary: 1,500 yuan/month;
2. Living allowance: 500-1,000 yuan/month; < /p>
3. Subsidy for employment period: 20 yuan/month, increased by 20 yuan for each additional year;
4. Year-end one-time bonus: one additional month of basic salary (based on year-end performance appraisal , paid according to position and level);
5. Social insurance: participate in the basic pension insurance for urban employees, medical insurance for urban employees, work-related injury insurance, unemployment insurance, and maternity insurance, and shall be paid by units and individuals in accordance with regulations Social insurance premiums.
5. Registration and Qualification Review

(4) Information must be provided when registering:
1. Originals and copies of my valid ID card, household register, graduation certificate, degree certificate and relevant professional qualification certificates, etc. 1 copy;

(5) Registration requirements:
1. Each applicant can only apply for one position.
2. The information submitted by the applicant and the relevant materials provided must be true and valid.
3. The ID card used when registering and taking the exam must be consistent.
(6) Qualification review:
According to the prescribed scope and conditions, all candidates will be subject to on-site qualification review. Those who pass the qualification review will fill in the registration form. Qualification review runs through the entire recruitment process. If any disciplinary violations, incomplete materials, or false information are found during the recruitment process, the examination or recruitment qualifications will be canceled at any time.
The ratio of the recruitment quota for each position to the number of applicants cannot be less than 1:5, otherwise the recruitment plan for the position will be reduced or cancelled.
6. Examination
The examination consists of a written examination and an interview (during this period, no training and counseling of any kind will be organized, nor will any social organization be entrusted to organize any form of training and counseling).
1. Written test. It is a closed-book format with a full score of 100 points and the exam time is 120 minutes. It mainly tests the candidates' basic public knowledge, professional ethics and basic business knowledge to meet the requirements of the position. No examination reference materials are specified.
According to the recruitment plan, the ratio of 1:3 will be determined from high scores to low scores to participate in the interview. Those who tie for the last place will be interviewed at the same time.
2. Interview. Conduct structured interviews. It mainly tests professional knowledge as well as business abilities and work skills adapted to job requirements.
Recruiters will be determined based on interview scores. If the interview scores are tied for the bottom, the one with the higher written test score will enter the physical examination. If the interview and written test scores are the same, an additional interview will be taken, and the one with the higher interview score will enter the physical examination. Those who fail to attend the interview within the specified time will be deemed to have automatically given up their interview qualifications.
7. Inspection and physical examination
After the interview, each position will determine the inspection and physical examination personnel in a ratio of 1:1. The focus of the inspection is political stance, legal and discipline concepts, professional ethics, practical performance, professional level and work performance, etc. The physical examination must be conducted at a designated hospital and shall be implemented in accordance with the "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)".
Those who fail the physical examination or inspection will not be hired. The vacant places will be filled in order from high to low in examination results.
8. Announcements and public announcements
The time, location, results of the written test and interview for this recruitment, as well as the list of candidates for the physical examination and the list of candidates to be hired, etc., are all available through the Yangling District Government website and the Civil Affairs Bureau Information disclosure column, etc. for announcements and publicity. The publicity period for the list of personnel to be hired is 7 days.
9. Recruitment
After the expiration of the publicity period, a recruitment notice will be issued to the recruiter.
Employed personnel shall implement a probation period system in accordance with regulations. The probation period is half a year. During the probation period, a basic salary will be paid. Those who pass the probation period will be formally employed and signed a labor contract with a term of 3 years. If you are unqualified, your employment will be cancelled. The probation period is included in the labor contract term.
