How to score the sailor's card?

The grades of competency certificates for sailors and machinists on duty are as follows:

1. The certificate of competency for unlimited navigation area is applicable to ships with gross tonnage of 500 tons or above or main propulsion power plant of 750 kilowatts or above.

2, coastal navigation certificate is divided into two grades:

(1) First-class certificate of competency: applicable to ships with gross tonnage of 500 tons or above or ships with main propulsion power plant of 750 kilowatts or above.

(2) Class II certificate of competency: applicable to ships with gross tonnage less than 500 tons or main propulsion power plant less than 750 kilowatts.

(3) Competency certificates of electronic electrician and electronic mechanic: applicable to ships with main propulsion power plant of 750kW or above.

The level of competency certificates held by the captain and deck crew working on the tugboat corresponds to the power level of the tugboat's main propulsion power plant.
