Its content basically covers all links of civil servants from "entry" to "exit", including position setting and job sequence, recruitment conditions, assessment training, job appointment and dismissal, etc. The salary of employed civil servants in Shenzhen is about 7,000 yuan per month, and there are many welfare benefits including housing subsidies, medical subsidies and education subsidies. Compared with the appointed civil servants at the same level, the salary level is higher.

2. Pudong, Shanghai: Focus on attracting high-tech talents.

In order to solve the problems of low quality of some civil servants and lack of high-quality talents, in June 5438+February, 2007, Shanghai Pudong New Area took out six high-level positions with strong professionalism and talent shortage to openly recruit civil servants with appointment system at home and abroad. Taking the social recruitment of civil servants in Lingang New Area of Shanghai Free Trade Zone as an example, Lingang New Area recruits five civil servants, including the chief water engineer, who are mainly responsible for port construction, maritime business, industrial planning and other professional affairs in Lingang New Area. The minimum working experience is not less than 3 years, and most of them require working experience in relevant enterprises and institutions at home and abroad. You also need to have the qualification of the top certificate at or above the national level, and the requirements for academic qualifications are not lower than master's degree.
