Kindergarten teachers who graduated from junior high school can go to vocational high school, and then take a college entrance examination for a corresponding undergraduate or junior college by means of counterpart or single recruit, so that they can learn their own majors, improve their academic qualifications and find jobs more easily after graduation.

If you graduate from junior high school, you can take an examination of secondary kindergarten teachers. After graduation, you have a secondary school education and can only teach in private kindergartens.

After graduating from undergraduate or junior college, you can pass the career examination and enter the public kindergarten. Wages and benefits, including future retirement wages, are much higher than those of private kindergartens.
