1. Check and prepare before running casing (1). (13) The derrick man is responsible for checking whether the drill pipe on the racking platform is stuck and fixed, and whether all kinds of ropes are coiled and fixed. (14) The safety officer is responsible for checking whether the crown block cover is fixed properly and whether the derrick pin is in the limit position. (15) The safety officer is responsible for checking whether the lighting of the derrick and the well site meets the requirements of casing running. (16) The drilling crew technicians are responsible for receiving casing running tools and checking whether the delivered tools are qualified and the certificates are complete.

2. Run casing (1), and pull the first casing onto the ramp with a pneumatic winch. (2) Hoist the casing into the rat hole with the traveling block. (3) When lifting the casing from the site, tie the casing firmly according to the casing number and sequence before lifting it. (4) When the elevator is pulled by pulley and rotating rope, the brake handle, cat head and wellhead operators should cooperate well. (5) Each operating procedure must be checked by a designated person. Every time 20 casings are run, the cadres on duty check all ropes. (6) When lifting the casing from the site to the drill floor, the operators of the site and the drill floor must retreat to a safe position, and shall not bump the casing into the drill floor. (7) When the casing is put on the drill floor, rope should be added in front of the gate, and the male and female buttons should wear hats and thread protectors. After the casing stops, remove the thread protector. There is a special person who is responsible for the thread protector on the drill floor, and it is not allowed to throw it around. (8) Technicians of drilling crew shall confirm the use of qualified casing sealing grease. (9) In the process of stabbing, straighten your body and put it down slowly. After cross-threading, slowly rotate the casing to lead out 2-3 threads to prevent cross-threading, or use the cross-threading device. (10) Make up with hydraulic casing tongs, and the torque value must meet the specified requirements. (1 1) After the casing is connected, the lowering speed should be controlled above 30s/ piece, and the casing should be lowered evenly. (12) When lowering is blocked, when lifting is blocked, the movable casing shall ensure that the tensile safety factor is not lower than 1.8, and personnel shall leave the wellhead. (13) When running casing, fill mud as required, and assign special personnel to observe the return of mud. (14) Run the large-diameter casing, and try to use chain tongs or crowbars to grind and thread it, so as to prevent the casing from being seriously damaged by cross-threading. (15) After casing running, the technician of the drilling team directs to connect the top joint, fill it with mud, and start the pump for circulation. (16) In case of personal injury accident during casing running, you should leave the site immediately, give first aid and send it to hospital for treatment.
