Why doesn't Xiamen Airlines recruit flight attendants?

I'm recruiting. Xiamen Airlines was established in July, 1984. It is the first airline in China, which was founded by the Civil Aviation Administration of China in cooperation with Fujian Province and operated according to the modern enterprise system. According to the "Xiamen Airlines Flight Attendant Recruitment Notice for 223" published by Xiamen Airlines official website, Xiamen Airlines is still recruiting flight attendants.
