Is it difficult to find a job after 90? Stress? what do you think?
Now, I will share my job-hunting experience with you, hoping to help the post-90s and post-00s who are still looking for jobs.
No education, no skills, only coolies! My first job was car washing, and my first month's salary was 225 yuan! However, even such a humble job is hard to come by.
Because of family difficulties, I came to Nanning, the capital of Guangxi, alone after the college entrance examination in 2008. At that time, my mother also worked in Nanning as a nurse and nanny, so she couldn't help me in finding a job. On my first day in Nanning, I ran to Chaoyang Square in the city center, thinking that it should be easy to find a job in a crowded place. When I got off the bus, I was at a loss. It was a sea of people. Crossing the traffic lights is like a war. Where did the wild boy from the country see this scene? He can't even see the traffic lights. Anyway, I followed the crowd across the street. I wandered around the city center all day, but I didn't find a job, but I was cheated of 50 yuan.
After I failed to find a job on the first day, I asked my cousin who worked in Nanning to give him some advice. He just graduated from college, and soon after he came out to work, he suggested that I go to the talent market and human resources market. So, the next day I came to the talent market. We won't know until we get in. I must have a resume. I didn't know what a resume was at that time. When I made clear my resume, I found that the threshold of the talent market is college education! I can't help it I had to leave in despair. So, I came to the human resources market again. There are finally high school graduates here, and everyone is looking for skilled workers, such as welders, drivers and electricians. I finally got a job as a milkman who required a high school graduation and a driver's license. Alas, I'm a high school graduate who just turned 18. Where's my driver's license?
On the third day, I had no choice but to look for a job in the street near my cousin's house. I found several restaurants to apply for dishwashers, but they didn't want me. My mood has fallen to the bottom, and I can't even find a job to wash dishes. Finally, I saw a job in a car wash shop on the roadside and went in. Fortunately, the boss didn't refuse me directly, but hired me after talking about the completion fee, so I found my first job in life-washing the car! The monthly salary during probation is 450 months, and the full-time monthly salary is 700 yuan. The boss saw that I was diligent and gave me a full-time job after half a month, so my first salary was 225 yuan for a half-month probation period.
This car wash job has low salary and poor environment. I have been soaked in water and chemical cleaning solution all day, and my palms are peeling. Although the owner of the car wash shop also has the business of car beauty, those masters are unwilling to teach apprentices, perhaps for fear of teaching an apprentice to starve to death! I feel that the future is bleak, and the car wash is definitely hopeless. So, after working for four months, I went to Guangxi Vocational and Technical College to study through supplementary recording (obviously, I failed in the college entrance examination).
⑤ I studied automobile inspection and maintenance at that time, but the content of the class was far from my chosen major. Finally, with the encouragement of my classmates, I signed up for the army.
The army is a melting pot. Although I have suffered a lot, I have tempered my firm will. Actually, I joined the army for two reasons. The first is to find another way out, and the second is family reasons. At that time, the family was very poor, and there was no money for me to study. My brother didn't graduate at that time. We all borrow money to study. My loan has not been approved, and my tuition is still in arrears. So joining the army should be the best way out.
However, this is the best way out and the most painful journey. In the army, I suffered from iron deficiency anemia because of long-term malnutrition. This disease, simply put, is that the blood contains low iron and cannot lock in oxygen. People who exercise vigorously will be out of breath. It is conceivable that this disease and the high-intensity training of the troops will have any consequences. I can't run. The monitor thinks I'm lazy and don't want to run. He tried every means to train me and give me overtime to practice my physical fitness. If you can't run, you will be dragged by your backpack. I ran five kilometers with my eyes closed. Running with my eyes closed here can't describe how easy it is for me to run five kilometers. It was because I was dragged by my comrades with a backpack for five kilometers that I collapsed, but I didn't fall down, I didn't bow my head, and I didn't resist such unscientific training methods. Because I have a belief in my heart-success or death! Even if I am exhausted on the training ground, I will not be a deserter. I am determined to get ahead, even if I die, I will die in the army. I finally got to the next company and met a good instructor. He saw my painful expression every time I trained, and I ran five kilometers panting like an ox. He doesn't think I am lazy, but he thinks there must be something wrong with my health.
B, I can go back to the army alive. The first thing I really want to thank is my tutor. Although I can't remember his name, his kind smile is still in my mind. Why is he the first person I should thank? There is a second one? Yes! The second person to thank is my attending physician. As soon as he saw me, he immediately picked up the phone and asked if there were any beds in the inpatient department! He confirmed the bed for me, then turned to me and said, "You don't have to say anything. I think you are pale and thin. If you don't stay in the hospital, you won't last a week in the team! " ".In this way, I was hospitalized in Nanjing Bayi Hospital. I went to Bayi Hospital for seven or eight times before, and all kinds of tests were done, but I couldn't find out what the disease was, except for low red blood cells. Until I was hospitalized for a week, I couldn't find out what the disease was. Finally, the chief physician said that he would have a bone marrow examination, and then he knew about iron deficiency anemia. Although many people are anemic, but the degree is different, this disease is not fatal, but this disease combined with the high-intensity training of the troops is indeed a dead end.
C. During my two years in the army, I am most grateful to this unknown chief physician, who gave me a break and let me return to the training ground! Being ill for a month in hospital made me miss the opportunity to enter the teaching team to participate in the training of pontoon bridge operators, which also laid the foundation for my retirement. If you can't learn skills, it's meaningless to stay in the team, so I took the second road of the army-taking the military school exam!
At this time, I feel the use of reading more. Unfortunately, I didn't study hard before, and I have to attend training when I arrived in the army, so I have less study time and my knowledge level has not improved. There is no doubt that I failed in the military school exam!
Veterans give priority to security! I thought it would be easier to find a job with military experience. Unexpectedly, only security guards give priority to recruiting veterans!
20 10 12 I retired from the army and returned to my hometown. After a month's rest, under the introduction of my relatives, I went to work in Qiangqiang Carbon Factory. As soon as I arrived at the personnel department of the factory, they strongly recommended me to be a security guard in the factory, but I felt it was useless to be a security guard and strongly urged me to work in the workshop. On my first day at work, I realized that I was wrong. Under the high temperature and thick dust in the workshop, the spirit of hard struggle in the army is vulnerable. Although I wear a gas mask and glasses at work, I am covered with petroleum coke when I get off work, which is similar to that of African blacks; Black petroleum coke is everywhere in the nose and ears. I flinched and had the cheek to say to the leader, "I'd better be a security guard!" " !
After working as a security guard in the factory for four or five months, I began to feel that the future was bleak. More and more feel that being a security guard is too hopeless. I can't do what a 60-year-old grandfather can do at a young age. Plus, I was criticized by the leader at work, so I resigned to take the driver's license test and planned to run transportation!
However, contrary to expectations, the driving test was not smooth sailing. The coach was hacked, the driver's license was suspended for rectification, the examination room was moved, and the examination reform was all encountered by me. After studying for half a year, I can't get into subject two!
Seize the opportunity to change your destiny! Just as I was living in a daze, in the long years of waiting for the exam, my distinguished guest came. 20 1 1 One day in July, my comrade-in-arms called me and asked me, "What position did you apply for? What position did you apply for in your county?" I look stupid. After a few words, I learned that the Armed Forces Department of Wuming County informed me that there was a "oriented recruitment examination for political and legal police officers" recently. So, I signed up with him, and I applied for a position in this county. Considering the competitive pressure in Wuming County, he applied to mashan county, which is far away. In this way, the two of us seized the straw that changed our destiny, and after many twists and turns, we were successfully admitted! I also got my driver's license the day before I reported to school. What a double happiness!
Two years later, the two of us graduated smoothly and became a people's policeman!
Conclusion: It is not difficult to find a job. What is hard to find is an ideal job, and what is hard to find is a job with a bright future!
