By 2023, Liuyang will be the hometown of fireworks in China.

Liuyang, Liling in Hunan, Shangli and Wanzai in Jiangxi are the four major fireworks producing areas in 2023, xinhuanet reported. Among them, Liuyang City accounts for 50% of the country's domestic sales and 60% of the country's exports, and is known as the "hometown of fireworks in China".

In Liuyang, a fireworks industrial cluster with obvious division of labor has basically taken shape. There are more than 900 local fireworks manufacturers and more than 200 supporting factories specializing in the production of lead wire, black powder and other fireworks raw materials.
