With such a large population in China, why is it often difficult to recruit workers?
The labor shortage is getting more and more serious, and many factories say it is too difficult to recruit people now. This inevitably makes people wonder, how can there be a labor shortage in China with such a large population and such a severe form of employment?
According to the traditional custom of China people, after being frightened, the year is completely over, and farmers have to start a new year's work. Of course, for friends who work outside, they are already in their places.
There are also many companies complaining that their factories can't recruit workers after the recruitment season, which makes factory owners very headache. It stands to reason that China has such a large population that there should be no shortage of labor. These two factors should be the main reasons for the difficulty in recruiting workers.
Migrant workers can't earn money, and some migrant workers have left the city. I remember that in the early years, in order to earn some money to support the family, farmers' friends could only choose to go to the city to do the most tiring work and earn the least money, and they were discriminated against, but there was no way. After all, they can't make any money in the end.
At that time, farmers who entered the city seemed to have no choice but to work in factories. In recent years, the countryside has also undergone earth-shaking changes. Many farmers' friends can find jobs at home and take care of their families. There is no need to go further and further to work in the city.
Workers can't earn money. After all, China is a big labor market, and there is no shortage of labor in China. However, a fundamental reason is that enterprises cannot keep people.
At present, most enterprises still focus on extensive management. Many enterprises ignore the concern for talents because of excessive pursuit of economic benefits. The wages of many factories are still relatively low, especially in some small-scale factories, and the wages of employees are even lower.
Nowadays, many college students are arrogant. With the continuous improvement of material living conditions in recent years and the continuous expansion of colleges and universities nationwide, more and more children can enjoy higher education, which is also the reason why the number of college graduates is increasing year by year and the employment situation is becoming more and more severe.
But the reason why many college students don't want to enter the factory is that a lot of work in the factory should start from the grassroots level and work with people who have no higher education or even only primary school education. Many college students feel that such a workplace is totally unsuitable for them and wastes educational resources.
But for the factory, these college students have no experience and skills, so the expectations of both sides are very different, which is also an important reason for not recruiting people.
The exploitation of employees is exactly the excessive exploitation of employees by enterprises. After working hard in the factory for a month, employees naturally won't work for long. For many migrant workers, they will not hesitate to be separated from their families.
Go out to make money. Famous farmers are not afraid of hardship or fatigue. As long as they have a job and make money, they are willing to keep doing it, but it often backfires. Some factories recruit people with high salaries, but in fact they can't afford that much money. Naturally, they can't keep people.
There are still some groups that can't do what they want. Because of their educational level, age and other factors, they do not meet the recruitment requirements of the factory, but they can accept the wages given by the factory. Although these people are willing to try the factory, few factories are willing to give them a chance to try.
At present, many factories look at their experience and education, and also want to find some useful talents, while some unqualified people will be eliminated directly by the factory and can't do what they want, which inevitably increases the shortage of labor.
Generally speaking, the reason why factories can't recruit people is that they can't recruit suitable talents. To solve this problem fundamentally, I'm afraid factories have to find reasons from themselves and strive to improve workers' income and welfare. If we only consider our own economic benefits and ignore the income and treatment of employees, I am afraid we will only end up in a factory with no workers available. Can such a factory continue?
It is for these reasons that the phenomenon of "difficulty in recruiting workers" often occurs!
