8. Relevant requirements of candidates

2. Interview and skill operation test

The personnel to be hired shall go through the registration and related procedures within the time specified by the recruiting unit. If the proposed employee fails to go through the relevant formalities within the time limit due to personal reasons, his employment qualification will be cancelled.

Each recruiting unit shall sign a labor contract with the person to be hired for 3 years or more or sign a labor contract through a labor dispatch company to implement labor dispatch. In addition to dissolving the labor contract in accordance with the law and regulations, the employed personnel shall also serve in the recruiting unit for 3 years.
