Notes of Shanghai Jiagong Valve Factory Co., Ltd.

◇ 1946 1 month, Wu Xianzhe, Li Timin and others raised 5 million yuan (legal tender) to rent the repair workshop of Hua 'an Paper Mill opened by Zhao Shu 'an (No.Zhoujiazui Road 1 127) to create "Lianggong Machine Factory". It was put into production after half a year, and the first rotary screen paper machine was successfully manufactured.

◇ 1947 in may, "lianggong machinery factory" was moved from the leased land to Jingzhou road1kloc-0/and renamed as "lianggong machinery factory co., ltd", and its production began to take shape.

In the early days of People's Republic of China (PRC) (1949 ~ 1956):

◇ 1950, the main components of cigarette paper machine were successfully trial-produced and the manufacturing technology was greatly developed.

◇ 1952 was renamed as "Lianggong Machinery Factory Co., Ltd.", and the 2 1500-pound high-pressure cast steel valve was successfully manufactured for the first time, which created the history of self-made high-pressure cast steel valves in China.

◇ 1955 changed its name to "public-private joint venture lianggong machinery factory" and successfully manufactured control valves and lake inlet valves.

◇ 1956 began mass production of high-pressure cast steel flanged gate valves with diameters of 50, 65, 100, 125 and pressure of 160 kg, which created the history of mass production of high-pressure valves.

Early stage of socialist construction (1957 ~ 1965);

At the end of ◇ 1959, the trial production of small-caliber ball valves was successful, which created the history of ball valve production.

◇ 1960 designed and manufactured a full range of high-pressure nitrogen fertilizer valves with a diameter of 25 ~ 90 and a pressure of 130 ~ 320kg for Wujing Chemical Fertilizer Plant, a large domestic enterprise, and a 1390t high-pressure valve for the oil production pipeline network of Daqing Oilfield.

◇ 1962 was renamed as "public-private joint venture Lianggong Valve Factory" and became a professional manufacturer of high and medium pressure valves.

◇ 1965, under the overall arrangement of the state economic commission, the inland construction was supported in the form of "splitting into two". 152 the personnel and some equipment were moved to Zigong valve factory in Sichuan.

During the "Cultural Revolution" (1966 ~ 1976);

1966 was renamed as "Shanghai No.1 Valve Factory".

◇ 1969, we undertook and successfully trial-produced the first set of high-temperature and high-pressure valves in China125,000 watt large power station.

◇ 1972, we developed and supplied the first, second and third stage gate valves, globe valves, check valves, bellows globe valves and valve electric devices for Qinshan Nuclear Power Station, the first nuclear power station in China.

1973 was renamed as "Shanghai Lianggong Valve Factory".

In the same year, the high-pressure gate valve for offshore oil production was successfully trial-produced, and the product was first applied to the first "Exploration 1" ship in China.

1974 Successfully produced high-temperature and high-pressure valves for China 300,000 kW/h thermal power station.

1975 trial-produced successfully-120℃ low temperature gate valve.

During the period of reform and opening up (state-owned) (1977 ~ 2003):

1977, we began to produce high-quality valves for Chairman Mao Memorial Hall.

◇ 1978, Z74 1Y-350i hydraulic gate valve was trial-produced and mass-produced.

◇ 1979, based on the precision manufacturing department of our factory, the "Shanghai Valve Precision Foundry" (large collective nature) was established.

In September of the same year, "Shanghai Lianggong Valve Factory Technical School" officially opened.

◇ 1980, we reached an agreement with American Time Exploration Company to trial-produce the first batch of American valves according to API standards, which set a record for the batch export of valves in our factory.

◇ 198 1 year, valves with different specifications, such as manual pneumatic gate valves, angle globe valves and high-pound API valves, were sent to Vancouver Expo, Sihanath Nuo International Expo, Mexican Expo, Irish Expo and Argentine Expo respectively.

In the same year, the trial production of the oil pressure switch valve used in Jinshan Petrochemical Complex was successful.

◇ 1982, the original "Shanghai No.3 Valve Factory" was merged into our factory to set up the Denso Workshop.

◇1obtained the api gravity API6D and API59 1 certificates in 1984, which was the first batch of enterprises in China valve industry to obtain the certificates.

◇ 1988, the original "China Machine Model Factory" was merged into our factory and formed into seven workshops.

◇ 1994 obtained the international certification of Norwegian Register of Shipping ISO900 1.

◇ 1995 obtained the design and manufacture license of nuclear-grade valves issued by the National Security Bureau.

◇ 1996 Signed a cooperation agreement with Famatong Company of France for high temperature and high pressure electric gate valves and electric globe valves in the second phase of million-level nuclear power plants.

◇ 1999, the "I" trademark was awarded as "Shanghai Famous Trademark".

◇ In 2002, the first batch of "Manufacturing License for Pressure Pipeline Components" (AZ Certificate) was issued by AQSIQ.

During the period of reform and opening up (private) (2003-present):

◇ In July 2003, Shanghai Electric (Group) Corporation approved the restructuring plan of Shanghai Lianggong Valve Factory. 10, the employees of the whole factory officially terminated their relationship with state-owned enterprises by "selling seniority".

◇ Moved from Jingzhou Road 101in Yangpu District to No.68, jin hong Road, Yangxing Industrial Park, Baoshan District in October 2004.

In 2005 10, Shanghai lianggong valve factory was officially renamed as Shanghai lianggong valve factory co., ltd with the approval of Shanghai administration for industry and commerce.

◇ In 2007 1 1 month, it was rated as "brand enterprise" and "brand product" of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shanghai.

The chairman of Shanghai Lianggong Valve Factory Co., Ltd. is Mr. Lin Jinbiao.
