I. Scope of application

The post conditions of different grades of professional and technical senior, intermediate and junior posts in highway transportation institutions shall be comprehensively determined by the competent departments and highway transportation institutions in accordance with the Trial Measures, the Implementation Opinions and this guidance, and according to factors such as job responsibilities and tasks, professional and technical grade requirements, etc.

55. 56. 6 1, all regions, departments and road transport institutions should strictly implement relevant policies and regulations, adhere to principles, and adhere to the mass line in post setting and post employment.
