Why don't private businesses openly recruit?

Recruiting private equity traders is deceptive. According to relevant information, the recruitment of private traders is all under the banner of recruiting brokers. In fact, they are recruiting salesmen, that is, pulling funds, and there is no basic salary. How can it be so easy to pull money? The last thing I want to pull is my savings, so I won't openly recruit.
