The company was incorporated in Xing 'an on October 28th, 2002/KLOC-0. The first phase of the project started in May 2003 and was completed and put into operation in July 2004. The first production line has a Ф 4.8× 72m dry decomposition rotary kiln with a designed production capacity of 5,000 tons of low-alkali clinker/day and two φ3.8× 13m large cement mills with a designed production capacity of 6,543.8+200,000 tons of cement/year.

The second phase of the company's clinker production line with a daily output of 4,000 tons started in February 2007 and is scheduled to be completed and put into operation in March 2009. The cement grinding system with an annual output of 2.4 million tons (three φ 4.2× 14.5 m cement grinding systems) started construction in April 2007 and put into production in July 2008. 18000kW waste heat power generation project started in February 2007 and was connected to the grid in October 2008. At present, the company has formed an annual production capacity of 3.6 million tons of clinker and 4 million tons of cement, and the annual waste heat power generation can reach 65.438+300 million degrees.

At present, the company has a chairman 1, an executive deputy general manager 1, and three assistants to the general manager. The management department has 12 departments, namely mining branch, manufacturing branch, cement branch, safety production department, quality department, equipment safety department, supply department, sales department, finance department, office, engineering department and waste heat power generation department. The company has 740 employees, including newly recruited college graduates, former factory employees and local recruiters. The age, knowledge and gender structure of the personnel are reasonable. At present, the personnel structure has been further optimized through the expansion of the second-phase production line and social recruitment according to talent demand.

The company attaches great importance to environmental protection construction and the sustainable development of enterprises, invests in first-class environmental protection equipment, selects the most mature dust removal and noise reduction equipment at present, realizes zero discharge of sewage, and the discharge of waste gas and dust completely meets the national standards. The factory area has a beautiful environment and pleasant scenery. In 2005 and 2009, the company successfully passed the environmental protection acceptance of the first and second production line projects, and the comprehensive evaluation of cleaner production level reached the second level in the cement industry, which is a higher level in China at present.
