The people around me probably have lower academic qualifications. But the advantages are obvious, especially if you are in management, you may have less hands-on work, and you will not be too tired. However, the development speed is obviously much faster than that of the technology center, so you still have to talk to your colleagues around you before entering. Build a good relationship and don’t be aggressive because you think you are a manager. You must know that the technicians inside are all technical, so you need to learn more at the beginning.
