Danzhou Education Bureau is the working department of the municipal government in charge of the city's education and language work, and it is at the level.

The secretary group of Danzhou Education Leading Group is located in the Municipal Education Bureau, accepts the direct leadership of the Municipal Education Leading Group and undertakes the specific work of the Municipal Education Leading Group. The internal organs of the Municipal Education Bureau shall undertake the relevant work of the Secretary Group of the Municipal Education Leading Group according to the needs of the work and accept its overall leadership.

major duty

(1) To be responsible for inspecting, guiding and supervising the implementation of the principles and policies of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee and the Municipal Party Committee on strengthening Party building and ideological and political work; Leading the work of bureau organs, subordinate units and school party organizations.

(two) the overall management of the department's education funds and various institutions of the city's education funding, education loans; Participate in the formulation of policies and regulations on education fund raising, education appropriation, education infrastructure investment and education fees; Supervise the collection and use of education funds in the city; To guide the internal audit of the city's education system.

(three) overall planning and coordination management of the allocation of educational resources at all levels in the city, guidance and supervision of the establishment of schools at all levels in the city. Responsible for education supervision and evaluation; Supervise and inspect the quality of education and teaching; To guide the management of student status in various schools.

(four) to promote the balanced development of compulsory education in the city and the integrated development of urban and rural education; Review the curriculum or specialty settings of various schools at all levels, plan and implement the layout adjustment of primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, and guide and supervise the school-running behavior of institutions such as higher education, adult education, vocational and technical education, basic education and early childhood education organized by social forces; Approve and manage private preschool education, primary and secondary schools and off-campus training institutions for primary and secondary education.

(five) to plan and coordinate the major scientific research work of the education system, and be responsible for reviewing the textbooks, teaching reference materials and learning materials ordered by schools at all levels; Coordinate the construction of educational informatization in the whole city, and be responsible for the management of educational information, statistics and files.

(six) in conjunction with the planning department to prepare vocational and technical schools, ordinary primary and secondary schools enrollment plan and preschool children enrollment plan. Calculate and verify the staffing of public schools in the city in conjunction with the preparation department.

(7) Responsible for the coordinated management of preschool education, compulsory education, ordinary senior high school education, secondary vocational education and special education in the city, the overall planning, coordinated management and adult education guidance of vocational education, the integration of production and education, school-enterprise cooperation, and the cultural and technical education of rural areas and farmers.

(VIII) Responsible for the construction of the city's teaching staff, deploying teachers from public schools at all levels, identifying the qualifications of kindergarten and ordinary primary and secondary school teachers, organizing the implementation of the training of principals and teachers at all levels in the city, and organizing the implementation of the evaluation of professional and technical titles of teachers at all levels and various counseling institutions below the intermediate level.

(nine) to formulate enrollment plans for primary and secondary schools and vocational schools and organize their implementation; Responsible for the management and guidance of the city's ordinary primary and secondary school academic examinations, high school enrollment and college entrance examination, and manage the city's adult self-study examinations; Responsible for the examination and issuance of graduation certificates in junior middle schools, senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools.

(ten) to guide the ideological and political work, moral education, physical education, aesthetic education and national defense education of all kinds of schools in the city; Guide and coordinate the education system to maintain stability and school safety.

(eleven) to promote the construction of talents in the field of education in the city, and to plan, coordinate and guide the introduction and management of principals and teachers in primary and secondary schools.

(twelve) planning and guiding the party building and United front work in the education system; Training, selecting, appointing and supervising management cadres according to management authority; Assist leading cadres outside the management authority of relevant departments.

(thirteen) responsible for promoting the construction of education center in western Hainan. Responsible for promoting foreign cooperation and market promotion in the education industry, formulating education development strategies and organizing their implementation.

(fourteen) responsible for the inspection and supervision of subordinate institutions to implement the principles, policies, laws and regulations of the party and the state, and cooperate with relevant departments to supervise their non-operating state-owned assets.

(fifteen) to undertake the management of the city's language. Formulate the long-term planning of the city's spoken and written language and organize its implementation, guide the standardization of spoken and written language, supervise and inspect the application of spoken and written language, and be responsible for the promotion of Putonghua and the management of Putonghua proficiency test.

(sixteen) to complete other tasks assigned by the municipal party committee, municipal government and higher authorities.
