Honeywell's interview return experience sharing

Sharing Honeywell's experience after the interview

Yesterday afternoon, I heard that Honeywell wanted to recruit high-quality talents.

So I went to see the presentation last night.

There are very few people in the presentation meeting, compared with other Fortune 5 companies. Honeywell's HR face would almost die, and the presentation took a long time to start.

After listening to the two-and-a-half-hour presentation, I found that the polymer was not recruited in Chengdu. However, there is a Project Engineer recruiting 2 Bachelor Master with chemical background, and the working place is in Chengdu. I asked HR if our big chemical company was ok. Perhaps it is too few people, and she also asked to submit her resume.

I went back to my dormitory at night, and received a text message after ten o'clock. I had an interview at nine o'clock this morning.

GE Plastic also interviewed this morning, but I didn't vote. As the highest goal of finding a job in our major, I finally chose to give up this opportunity. There is still a certain gap between my own strength and GE's requirements. Even if I am very lucky to go in, the work pressure may crush me. Several of the undergraduates interviewed are awesome people who have signed up for our major. I don't know if more than two of them can finally get in.

finally, the Honeywell interviewer arrived. The number of people present for the interview greatly exceeded HR's imagination. There are several graduate students in any one of them. At least there are more graduate students in our major than undergraduates (2 undergraduates).

I ranked fourth in the interview for Project Engineer. Looking at the first three students coming out in two or three minutes, I was muttering that she only had one round of interviews. What can she show in these two or three minutes?

It's my turn. Knock gently and walk in. Give your resume to the man's manager first. Then introduce yourself. The project manager asked some standard questions. Seeing that I passed CET-6 and got a certificate of oral English, I asked that woman HR to take some English tests. The first time I learned English, I didn't have any background or preparation. HR said to start with some basics, let me introduce myself first, and then ask me some relatively simple questions. If you know about Honeywell, why do you choose the post of GPS department? To tell you the truth, I don't know what this Project Engineer does, but I just came when I wanted chemical engineering. Of course, you can't say that about HR. Then I asked if I like working in Chengdu and what my expected salary is. Although the questions are simple, it is not so easy for me to answer them in my broken English. Keep eh, sorry, and then add it in Chinese. I spent nearly ten minutes tossing down several questions. Then HR said that the Offer would be issued by the end of December at the latest.

When I came out, I was immediately surrounded by my classmates. Everyone watched me interview for so long and said that I was very promising, hehe, so I showed off a little and told them something in English. Left proudly with their envy.

Actually, my performance is not as good as they thought, and I may not have answered several questions well. Also, the project manager asked me if I had got the Offer before, and I said that I had signed a unit of Xinjiang PetroChina before, and I would not go, so I would break the contract. I don't know whether it's right or wrong to be so straightforward. Maybe it's always good to be honest.

Honeywell will give the Offer as early as mid-December. If in the best case, Guangben and Honeywell get the offer at the same time, then they need to make a choice. The treatment may be better in Guangzhou, after all, it is a large joint venture. Honeywell, as a large multinational enterprise, has a fortune of 1. She said that the treatment she gave was the middle level in the same industry, but the work place was my dream Chengdu.

well, don't think so much, just get the OFFER.

Shengyi, I will continue to go. Even if some rubbish calls me a bully, it says I don't think about other students.

In this competitive society, I rely on my personal ability. If I give up my dream for fear of being told by others, I can only say that I am weak. You despise me for attending job fairs everywhere, then I can only despise you for not studying hard in college, and now you are afraid to compete with me!
