The restricted construction area of the secondary protected area can only develop and construct eco-tourism and cultural projects, and other real estate projects are prohibited.

Nuoshida Group "borrowed a donkey from a slope", and immediately started construction of 437 villas in the second-class protection and restricted construction area of Dianchi Lake under the guise of healthy pension industry, covering an area of 1,242 mu and a construction area of 4, square meters.
