Datong Minimum Wage Standard 2022

1. Minimum wage standards in Shanxi Province:

Full-time employment is adjusted to 1,880 yuan for the first category, 1,760 yuan for the second category, and 1,630 yuan for the third category.

The current minimum wage standard. The hourly minimum wage standards for full-time employees are 10.8 yuan for the first category, 10.1 yuan for the second category, and 9.4 yuan for the third category; the hourly minimum wage standards for part-time employees are 19.8 yuan for the first category, 18.5 yuan for the second category, and 17.2 yuan for the third category.

2. The minimum wage standard does not include the following items:

(1) Overtime wages;

(2) Middle shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, etc. Subsidies under special working environments and conditions such as underground, toxic and hazardous, driving, etc.;

(3) Labor welfare benefits stipulated by laws, regulations and the state, etc.

The minimum wage standard is the monetary wage paid to workers by the employer after excluding the following items:

(1) Overtime wages;

( 2) Allowances for special working environments and conditions such as middle shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, toxic and hazardous, driving, etc.;

(3) Labor welfare benefits stipulated by laws, regulations and the state, etc.
