4. Participate in the design of fuel purification regulator

According to the design task under Manager Guo and referring to the old drawings of Apex, a high-pressure combustion chamber suitable for micro-oil gun was designed. Two schemes are designed for selection.

7. Participate in the burner design of No.3 and No.4 boilers in Luoyang Shuang Yuan Thermal Power Co., Ltd.

2 main work achievements

2, 1? 1) Be responsible for the maintenance, maintenance and transformation of equipment during the overhaul of sintering in 2xx No.2 Ironmaking Plant. The ignition system of sintering machine was reformed by overhaul time, and the igniter burner and preform were moved down by 1mm, which shortened the length from burner flame to material layer, saved gas consumption and achieved good economic benefits. Add a discharging plate at the bin mouth of disc feeders 1#, 2# and 5#, and the angles with the original discharging mouth are 32, 27 and 27 respectively. By changing the angle of the discharging mouth, the blanking position can be changed. After starting, the position of the blanking point changes, and iron-containing materials are evenly distributed in the middle of the skirt belt, which reduces material leakage and improves the accuracy of batching. During the overhaul, the slide and track of the sintering machine trolley will be replaced together in this overhaul. When finding the track, the height of the right track will be determined by the slide height of the sintering machine. Finally, the sealing device of the sintering machine will have a 5mm compression gap under its own weight as the standard. During production, the trolley runs well and the air leakage rate is obviously reduced. 2) Be responsible for the repair, maintenance and transformation of mechanical equipment during the overhaul of 4,-ton pellets in 2xx. During the overhaul, the disc body of 1# pelletizer was mainly replaced, and the quality and quantity were guaranteed in a limited time, and the one-time test run was successful. The rotor and casing of circulating fan in pelletizing workshop are worn quickly and have a short service life due to excessive dust at the inlet. The rotor and casing should be replaced every three months. After research, the wear-resistant lining board is embedded in the fan shell, and the rotor blades are surfacing with wear-resistant covered electrode. After being put into use for 6 months, the effect is good, which greatly reduces the maintenance cost and labor intensity. During the period, the grate bed gap of the grate is adjusted uniformly to prevent the ball from leaking from the grate plate gap. 3) Completed the transformation project of bag dust removal in sintering and screening building of No.2 Ironmaking Plant.

At present, I am responsible for the mechanical and technical work of sintering and pelletizing workshops in the Second Ironmaking Workshop in the Ironmaking Plant, responsible for the planned overhaul, emergency repair and daily maintenance of mechanical equipment, participating in or organizing the analysis of related equipment failures, participating in the revision or replacement of mechanical equipment operation and maintenance procedures and supervising their implementation, preparing the plan for submitting and reporting spare parts and materials, and implementing the inventory, accuracy, arrival and use of spare parts and materials. Ensure the stable, accurate and reliable operation of the mechanical system. In order to meet the demand of production technology, some equipment in the area has been reformed to make it run more perfect, stable and efficient.

 2、3 ? Equipment renovation project

21) After many years of operation, it was found that when the trolley came out from the rear lane along the curve, there was a phenomenon of "arching" of the trolley, that is, the rear wheel of the trolley was lifted up and could not contact with the lower rail of the lane, and the arching height was unequal. Every hour or so, the lower trolley fell and hit the rail. This phenomenon became more and more serious with the longer operation time, so it must be solved.

2 The specific scheme is as follows: firstly, according to the highest arching height of the trolley in the return lane of 6m sintering machine, determine the processing size of the curved rail, find the mechanical design manual to confirm the cross-sectional width of the 38kg/m heavy rail, and determine the width size of the curved rail; Secondly, draw the drawing, rivet and weld the blank, and then go to the metalworking workshop for drilling and boring the plane. The fixed way of curved rail should be welded firmly, and the height should be greater than the bulging height of the trolley, so that the trolley can level itself uniformly when passing by. At present, the trolley is running well, and there is no large-scale rail smashing phenomenon. At present, this technology has been popularized and used in 1# and 3# sintering machines in ironworks.

2) Complete the transformation of the online vibration detection device of the main sintering exhaust fan. The main sintering exhaust fan frequently stops due to excessive vibration value, and it is the key to ensure stable and high production of sintering to detect the excessive vibration value in time. When the fan is running normally, the vibration value will not exceed the standard, but when the load of the fan suddenly changes or the rotor is unbalanced, the vibration value of the fan will exceed the standard. At present, the method of detecting the vibration of the fan is manual, and the electric tongs on duty regularly measure the vibration of the fan. This detection method has poor real-time performance, large risk coefficient in the detection process and large data error. After installing the automatic vibration detection and protection instrument, it has been put into use and achieved good results.

3) Complete the project of optimizing dry zipper transmission mode and reducing failure rate. In the sintering production line, the dry zipper head and tail wheel are all geared. When the chain runs for a period of time, the wear of the pin holes of the links is lengthened, which causes the dry zipper to be lengthened and detached. In severe cases, the links are stuck between the bearing seat and the tail wheel, and the tail wheel is pulled up as a whole. After research, the gear shaft of dry zipper tail wheel is changed into toothless transmission, and the lead screw at the tail is tightened and lengthened. Extend the tension device of the screw rod at the tail of the dry zipper, from the original 25mm screw rod to 4mm length. The chain pitch is 3mm, when the screw is about 35mm tight, loosen the screw and intercept a link, which effectively ensures the tension of the chain. After the modification of this scheme, the failure of the chain engaging with the tail wheel due to the long dry zipper chain will be eliminated.

3 Experiences and lessons

Although we have learned a lot and made some progress in the past few years, there are still many shortcomings. First of all, the management of equipment is relatively rough, lacking detailed and continuous management methods. Secondly, the maintenance of equipment is not comprehensive.
